Project management & project control
Project management assumes overall strategic responsibility and represents the interests of the client throughout all project phases. It combines decision-making power, leadership and the fulfilment of non-delegable tasks - from project preparation to completion.
The focus is on ensuring quality, costs and deadlines as well as the structured organisation and coordination of all project participants. We create planning security and a clear basis for decision-making through ongoing cost tracking and transparent management.
Object monitoring
Local construction supervision is the operational representation of the client directly on the construction site. The aim is to realise the project in accordance with the contract and schedule while adhering to quality, costs and deadlines.
We take on specialist construction management and local construction supervision, coordinate execution, check assembly and work plans and monitor the construction process with deadline, cost and quality control. Structured documentation as well as invoice and supplementary management ensure transparency and traceability.
Accompanying control
The accompanying inspection serves as an independent consulting and control instrument for the client. It complements project management, project control and specialist planning by providing an objective, neutral view of the project progress.
As part of continuous monitoring, we evaluate projects technically and commercially, check profitability and cost trends and report to the client in a structured manner. The dual control principle strengthens quality assurance and decision-making reliability.
Project completion
Project completion marks the formal and technical end of the project. In this phase, the services provided are reviewed, evaluated and handed over to the client.
We accompany defect inspections, defect tracking and final acceptance and ensure a clean technical and financial conclusion. A structured evaluation of the course of the project also provides valuable insights for future projects.
