The historic parliament building has been modernised technically and functionally, while respecting heritage protection and complying with current standards.

The project

The more than 100-year-old parliament building was sustainably renovated and adapted to the applicable laws and standards, particularly with regard to accessibility, fire protection and safety technology. The focus was on implementing the latest technical standards while taking into account the listed building. In addition, the working conditions and office space for members of parliament, employees of the clubs and the parliamentary directorate were improved and adapted to modern requirements.
